  Morocco is a truly magical place dancing with exotic tastes
and flavours capturing the senses and a delight for the spirit. Phantom Forest's North African-inspired restaurant,
the "Chutzpah", embodies these mystical,
magical and sensual qualities.
Each course takes you on a sensory journey with spices,
flower waters and pomegranates as your guide.
This is food to enliven the palate paying tribute to the culinary history of Morocco with an exciting modern twist...

Meze Course
A sumptuous selection of four different mezedes ,
including pine nut and sultana dolmades, bistilla,
a Moroccan delight of confit guinea fowl,
cinnamon and almonds rolled in phyllo pastry,
deep fried and dusted with icing sugar,
merguez sausage and pickled calamari,
griddled and marinated aubergine,
olives and peppers, with a pomegranate,
chilli and walnut dressing.
This is accompanied by assorted dips and dressings
with Turkish bread.

Fish course with a salad
Chermoula kabeljou kebabs with a carrot,
coriander and sesame seed salad.

Partially frozen fresh fruit

Lamb tagine with a house blend of spices,
braised in an olive, apricot and pomegranate sauce
Zhug and homemade harrisa grilled chicken.

A selection of chef's delights, from flower water and honey enrobed fruit, Middle Eastern orange cake with yoghurt icing,
