chocolate and cherry shells |
- 400g good quality white chocolate
- 40ml Amarula
- 10ml Vodka
- 50g chopped glazed cherries
- 60ml cream
|

METHOD |
- Place chocolate, Amarula and Vodka in a bowl and
place over a double boiler, melt gently.
- Remove from heat, gently stir in cream and
glazed cherries.
- Spoon into little shell (or any other) shaped
moulds.
- Can be spooned into rustic shapes on greased
baking tray.
- Refrigerate until set.
