Chocolate and Cherry Shells chocolate and cherry shells
  • 400g good quality white chocolate
  • 40ml Amarula
  • 10ml Vodka
  • 50g chopped glazed cherries
  • 60ml cream
METHOD
  • Place chocolate, Amarula and Vodka in a bowl and place over a double boiler, melt gently.
  • Remove from heat, gently stir in cream and glazed cherries.
  • Spoon into little shell (or any other) shaped moulds.
  • Can be spooned into rustic shapes on greased baking tray.
  • Refrigerate until set.
